In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Gift4Fan.shop has adopted the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement.

1. Policy Toward Infringement

We reserve the right to:

  1. Remove or disable access to any content we believe, in good faith, infringes copyrighted material;
  2. Terminate access to our services for users who are repeat infringers.

Use of Gift4Fan.shop services is subject to our Terms of Service, which incorporates this Copyright Dispute Policy.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any material available through our services infringes upon your copyright (or the copyright of someone you are authorized to represent), please send a DMCA notice to our Designated Agent including the following information:

3. Upon Receipt of a Valid DMCA Notice

Once we receive a properly formatted and valid DMCA takedown notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  • Notify the user who posted the content in question;
  • Terminate access for users who repeatedly violate our copyright policy.

4. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • A description of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address (if available);
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of any district where Gift4Fan.shop may be found;
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original claimant files legal action.
